Hot galvanized metal sound panels

The hot galvanized metal sound barriers are the insulation and absorption panels, used for the reduction of noise by the traffic roads and by the industrial plants. They can be used independently or in combination with other types of sound panels.

Technical details and composition

- hot galvanized supporting structure S = 1,2 mm
- metal rib
- wooden-cement sheet  2*15 mm - rock wool; p = 90 kg/m3
- back sheet

The joints between panels and the supporting structure are realized by means of the UV resistant sealing EPDM.

Certificate

The panel obtained certificates in compliance with ZTV-Lsw 88, SIST EN1793-1, and SIST EN 1793-2.

Regarding their acoustic insulation properties the Akripol's hot galvanized metal sound barriers are put into the following categories:

A2 (absorption): 4-8 dB (A)
B3 (sound insulation) >25 dB (A)

Method of fitting

• the panels are appropriate for the fitting into the columns HEA140 and HEA160,
• The fitting on the concrete elements BVO80 or BVO110 is also possible.

The panels have a powder finish coating according to the RAL scale. The colour can be chosen by a client.

Guarantee

The offered guarantee period for the metal (FE) sound panel is 10 years, conformable to the guarantee terms.
