Quality

The general policies of the company Akripol, d.d., are high quality, competitive prices, customisation, development of new programmes, significant position within the branch of activity, as well as the environmental consciousness. When establishing the company's strategy we were considering also the quality and the environmental protection systems, which have been inseparably integrated in all processes of the company. Our permanent concern is to ameliorate and to raise the quality level; therefore we have introduced the quality management system ISO 9001 and acquired the certificate in the year 1995. In order to introduce a steady expansion, we decided to upgrade the quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001:2000.The certificate was acquired in the year 2002. The objective of the company is to provide effective marketing, the most economical possible product and service planning, thus, that a product or a service would ensure complete satisfaction of a client.

Our objective is:

• decrease in number of the incompatible products,
• decrease in operating costs,
• improvement of information and of communications of workers,
• improvement of working conditions,
• encouragement of workers to submit propositions for improvements,
• information of each individual about the significance of his contribution for the final result and the success of the company.

However, these objectives are not set only at the company's level. The objectives, harmonized with the policy and objectives of the company are set for each process and for each employee. We are aware of the importance of each individual in the achievement of these objectives, since the successful business activity conduct can be ensured only by means of the uniform approach of all of us.
